Fumi Salad
A chunky coleslaw

1 jar sesame seeds
2 small bags slivered almonds
Brown above and set aside
1 head cabbage (uncooked and chopped)
2 bags hand-crushed uncooked ramen noodles (without the flavor packet)
5-6 spring onions – chopped
Mix all above
Dressing
2 teaspoons Accent seasonings
1 cup salad oil
½ cup rice vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar (or sugar substitute) - this can be decreased to taste
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Dress about an hour before serving so noodles have an opportunity to soften.
