I am proud to be an Auburn Woman.

I believe that this is a practical world and that I can only count on what I earn. Because I am an Auburn Woman, I have done work – hard work. I am grateful for this work and for the wisdom it imparted to me.

I believe in education, which gives me the knowledge to work wisely and trains my mind and my hands to work skillfully. Because I am an Auburn Woman, I have tirelessly pursued the education that I want for six years.

I believe in honesty and truthfulness, without which I cannot win the respect and confidence of my fellow men. Because I am an Auburn Woman, I have striven to maintain the highest levels of integrity in my life.

I believe in a sound mind, in a sound body, and a spirit that is not afraid, and in clean sports that develop these qualities. Because I am an Auburn Woman, I have lived my life enthusiastically, fearlessly, and responsibly – in the pursuit of a life rich in experience and wisdom.

I believe in obedience to law because it protects the rights of all. Because I am an Auburn Woman, I have demonstrated respect and deference to the men and women who choose to serve and protect the people and way of life that I love.

I believe in my Country, because it is a land of freedom and because it is my own home, and that I can best serve that country by “doing justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly with my God.” Because I am an Auburn Woman, I have dedicated my life to serving my country, my community, my family, and my friends.

Because Auburn Men and Women believe in these things, I believe in Auburn and I love it. Because I am an Auburn Woman, I have sought out and embraced opportunities to serve my Auburn.

I am proud to be an Auburn Woman because I know that the things I have learned here will never leave me, the Auburn spirit will never fail me, and my Auburn family will never forsake me.

War Eagle forever!
