I remember the exact moment I fell in love with Auburn.
I was raised in a small community just outside that other college town across the state. I don’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t love Auburn football, although it would be some time before I visited Auburn for the first time. During my junior year of high school, a recruiter invited me to tour the campus. This was my first trip to Auburn. As we were all gathered around The Seal learning about Auburn traditions, I knew I had finally found where I belonged. During my time at Auburn, I made friends and memories to last a lifetime, and cherished every moment.
I spent 8 years in The Loveliest Village on the Plains while earning my degrees in Zoology and Veterinary Medicine. My Auburn education has given me the knowledge I use every day to make life better for our furry family members.
Auburn is not simply my alma mater. Auburn is a part of who I am. Auburn is my home.
