Kenya MigrationAugust 19-29, 2008 Nature’s Greatest Wildlife Spectacle
Seeing the great migration of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles across the African plains is a dream of just about any wildlife enthusiast. In one single glance, at the right place at the right time, you can see thousands of animals making their way across the Mara River or through the grasslands. Join us for four full days in Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve, which puts us in prime position, with the greatest chance of seeing the great herds. Of course, there are no absolute guarantees, since migratory patterns differ somewhat each year, but our chances are just outstanding. Part of the fun is the excitement of discovery. Maybe we’ll watch a cheetah pursue a gazelle at 70 miles an hour. We may well see lions hunting. Whatever we do, we’ll have a glimpse of our world as it existed a million years ago. You’ll travel in go-anywhere four-wheel drive vehicles with roof hatches and window seats for everyone, and stay in some of Kenya’s finest tented camps. And you will be accompanied by the finest guides, who are thoroughly knowledgeable about this region. We hope you’ll join us! Approximately $5,398 plus air
