Many hotels and conference centers can offer you a room—a space to hold your reunion, office party or seminar. But when you are inviting your closest friends and associates to join you for an unforgettable occasion, you want more than “a space”.

You need a place that is as special as your event—as heartwarming as the memories you hope to create. Because of the spirit of family and friendship that first inspired its creation and guided its construction, the Auburn Alumni Center perfectly fills that need.

Room Rentals

As one of the premier rental spaces on campus, the Auburn Alumni Center provides a personal and first-class experience. More than 6,300 square feet of event and office space in the alumni center, the possibilities are endless.

As part of our quality of service, we offer the following to ensure that each event is successful: Experienced, professional staff, meeting rooms that are set up on time and to specification, reliable equipment, a dedicated facility representative available on the day of the event for assistance, accurate and timely billing documentation.

Finding the Perfect Space

Available for rental are conference rooms which can be configured in a variety of ways and a large reception area is conveniently located in the facility.

Price Terms

1/2 day: work day, 4 hour or less

*All events must be concluded, clean up complete and guests vacated from the premises by 10:00 p.m., unless approved by facilities manager.

What is included in the rental fee?

Tables, chairs, and room setup are included in the rental fee. Table linens are available for $10 each.

What equipment is available?

The following equipment is available for rental: Screen / LCD Projector, Podium w/ Microphone, Handheld microphone, Lapel microphone, Music docking station, Piano, 50” television screens

Is a deposit required?

A $250 advance deposit is required at the time of agreement and confirmation by the Auburn Alumni Center. This deposit will be applied to the final invoice if there is no damage to the premises and all policies have been followed. If there is damage or excessive cleanup is required, the deposit may be forfeited.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed?

B&B Beverage Management has an approved license by the Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control Board to exclusively operate all alcoholic beverage service for the Auburn Alumni Center. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed on premise (inside or outside) of the Auburn Alumni Center except through B&B Beverage Management or approved by B&B Beverage Management. Can any outside caterer be used?

Yes, you may choose any caterer that you would like. The Auburn Alumni Center has a commercial kitchen available for food preparation or staging of food and beverages, if your event is catered. If the kitchen is used for your event, a $50 kitchen fee will be applied.

Is a dance floor required?

If dancing is to be part of the event, a dance floor must be rented. Carpeted areas must not be used for dancing.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made up to 10 business days before the event. Cancellations not made within the agreed time will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Changes to set-up arrangements can be made up to 3 business days before the event.
