After the war, my mother – who had not finished her degree – worked as President Ralph Draughon’s secretary while my father earned a second degree. I followed them to Auburn, where I was blessed to become a part of Alpha Chi Omega sorority and make lifelong friends with whom I still share exciting experiences each year, including being in NYC to share the celebration when Cam Newton won the Heisman.

Although I ended up finishing my degree at another unnamed university, I am an Auburn woman through and through and through, and my loyalties will never lie anywhere else! WAR EAGLE.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
