We are looking for the newest, most inspiring stories about Auburn students, faculty, staff and alumni. Stories that touch the head and heart and show Auburn as modern university that embraces its history and celebrates the Auburn Family every chance it gets.
In 2023 we are even more focused on capturing campus life, historical stories, telling stories that reflect our diversity as well as stories that appeal to young alumni (40 and younger).

AUBURN MAGAZINE
Auburn Magazine is a quarterly periodical written for the alumni and friends of Auburn University.
Three of Auburn Magazine’s issues (Spring, Summer and Winter) are available exclusively as a benefit of membership to the alumni association, with an average readership of more than 40,000. The Fall issue is distributed to all known alumni, regardless of membership, reaching more than 200,000 readers.
FEATURES
These are the “big” stories of the magazine and focus on important, noteworthy or distinguished alumni or issues related to the university. They are more detailed and in-depth than our Alumni Spotlights or First Quarter stories. Auburn Magazine cover stories often come from the “Features” section.
FIRST QUARTER
First Quarter stories are short features on campus news, research, construction projects, student life, interesting courses of study, profiles of unique professors and more.
ALUMNI SPOTLIGHTS
Short profiles of distinguished alumni with interesting careers and experiences. These include historic profiles of important, unusual or noteworthy alumni and young alumni starting their careers.
DIGITAL STORYTELLING
DIGITAL ALUMNI PROFILES
We feature monthly alumni stories and profiles on the Auburn Alumni Association web site. These profiles vary in length and content but feature the same quality writing and in-depth reporting of our print magazine.

Every week we publish four different stories regarding Auburn alumni and friends in our Weekly Roar. You can access them exclusively in the Forever AU App.
