Dedication-day ceremonies included a luncheon for Kate Teague Hagler, Willie Gertrude Little Clark and Katherine Conway Broun Fulgham. The dorms featured private baths between rooms, but the mirrors had not been delivered and there were still only 1 pay phone per floor.
