What an honor to be on the college team and to meet such wonderful friends. In the fall of 1979 several women athletes moved into a house off campus. We named the house Benaiah, which means “God has built”. We grew as young ladies and Christians in this home. Recently several of us got together and we saw they are renovating the house we lived in….we couldn’t help but take some pictures there. I now live in Georgia where I teach Elementary P.E. at a Christian School and I run the early childhood gymnastics program at our local City Recreation & Parks Dept. For the past 6 years I have brought the Jr. Team I coach to Auburn where they have been the pre-meet entertainment at one of the home Gymnastics meet…this is always a highlight of the year for the girls.
So thrilled to be a part of the Auburn Family.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” width=”1/2″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][image_with_animation image_url=”18625″ alignment=”” animation=”Fade In” box_shadow=”none” max_width=”100%”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
